The first Saturday in June is a date we love at the Friends of Kananaskis! International Trails Day is an annual celebration of all things trail-related.
Started by the American Hiking Society in 1992, it’s a day to recognize the value that trails bring to a healthy lifestyle by keeping us active and connecting us to wilderness, and it’s also an appreciation for trails and the people who build & maintain them – that’s YOU, our dedicated volunteers…thank you for all you do to make K-Country’s trails great!
