Corporate & Group Trail Days

Our Corporate & Group Trail Days are a great opportunity to give back to Kananaskis Country, and build team camaraderie by helping out on a Friends of Kananaskis trail maintenance or construction project. We’ll help you organize the day, and provide one of our trained Crew Leaders to work with you.

Contact us at info@kananaskis.org or 403-678-5593 to talk to us about how your group or company can give back to Kananaskis Country.

Trail Day locations and Dates are flexible depending on availability and project locations.

Corporate Donations

If you have connections to a Corporation who cares about the environment, there are numerous ways to support Friends of Kananaskis Country. We are a non-profit, registered Canadian charity whose vision is A Kananaskis Country of exquisite natural and cultural landscapes enjoyed by present and future generations. Trail-based recreation allows us to connect with nature, the environment, wildlife and wilderness.

Corporations can help the Friends is through a direct donation or through sponsoring some of our trail care activities. You’ll see your corporate logo associated with environmental initiatives, and be able to tangibly demonstrate your corporation’s commitment to the natural environment. We have several levels of recognition depending on donation level. Over 2,000 Friends members will see your participation in what we do, and signage during our trail care days will show that commitment to other trail users.

Corporate Donation In Kind

You could also consider a donation in kind. If you make or supply products used in the outdoors, including clothing or tools, the Friends can put these to good use equipping our volunteers on our trail maintenance and construction days.

Please contact us at info@kananaskis.org or 403-678-5593 for more information on setting up a Corporate or Group Trail Day.
