TRAIL CARE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Kananaskis Public Land Use Zone
This project will work on the Tom Snow Trail in the West Bragg Creek area of the Kananaskis Public Land Use Zone. Types of work will include:
- Brushing work to improve sightlines and trail corridor
- Small to medium-sized tread repairs to fix drainage issues and overall tread condition
(NOTE: access to this project will be via bike. FKC has a limited number of e-bikes for volunteers; volunteers can also bring their own bike (regular or e-bike). Volunteers must be competent riding on dirt roads singletrack trail. FKC will provide e-bikes (max 4 – contact us at tim@kananaskis.org if you wish to use an FKC e-bike); volunteers must provide their own helmet as well as carry their own backpack with clothes, food, water, etc. for the day.)
